Consultation Policy
At Nova Masters Consulting, we aim to deliver clarity, precision, and value through every consultation. Please read the following terms carefully before booking a session with Master Kai.
1. Booking and Payment
All consultation sessions must be prepaid in full at the time of booking. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.
2. Session Duration and Time Limit
Each consultation session is strictly limited to the allocated time slot agreed upon at booking (e.g., 60 minutes, 90 minutes). Any overtime is not guaranteed and subject to availability.
3. Rescheduling and Missed Appointments
You may request to reschedule your session at least 24 hours before the appointment. Requests made within 24 hours are not guaranteed and may be treated as forfeited. Repeated last-minute rescheduling may result in a decline of future bookings.
4. Finality of Consultation
Once a consultation session has concluded, all insights and interpretations are considered final. Additional follow-up questions may be subject to a new booking.
5. Professional Indemnity
All consultations are offered for personal insight, reflection, and strategic guidance. While based on structured metaphysical systems, interpretations are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Nova Masters Consulting and Master Kai are not liable for decisions made based on the consultation.
6. Confidentiality
All sessions are private and confidential. Personal information shared during consultations will never be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
7. No Recording Policy
Clients are not permitted to record sessions unless prior written permission is granted. This is to maintain the integrity and privacy of the consultation process.
8. Client Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide accurate birth details and relevant context. Master Kai’s analysis is based on the data you submit. Any inaccuracies may affect the quality of the insights.
