Digital Product Access
- Digital downloads will be accessible for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Duplicate Transactions

Consultation Services
- Consultations are considered final once the session has ended.
- No refunds will be issued for completed sessions regardless of outcomes or perceived value.
- Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments. Missed sessions will not be refunded.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of our terms and may result in a permanent ban from future services.
