Refunds & Returns Policy

Digital products are delivered electronically. This page explains access restoration, duplicate purchase handling, consultation rescheduling, and how to get help fast.

1) Summary

  • Digital products: Once access or download is granted, purchases are generally final.
  • Access issues: If a file fails to download or open, we restore access or replace the file.
  • Duplicate purchases: Verified duplicates are reversed.
  • Consultations: Reschedule with ≥ 24 hours notice; late cancellations or no-shows are forfeited.
  • Chargebacks: Initiated without contacting support may lead to license revocation and account closure.

2) Digital Products (E-books & Downloads)

  • Delivery occurs via download link or account access immediately or shortly after payment.
  • If a file is corrupted, missing content, or fails to open, email support@novamastersconsulting.com for a working replacement or renewed access.
  • For device or reader-app issues, share your device/OS and app version to speed up troubleshooting.

EU/UK Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

When you choose immediate access to digital content, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that statutory withdrawal rights are waived upon delivery. If you prefer to retain withdrawal rights, do not open or download the file and contact support to hold delivery.

3) Consultation Services

  • Rescheduling: Provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.
  • Forfeiture: Sessions missed or cancelled inside the 24-hour window are forfeited.
  • Service issues: If technical problems on our side prevent delivery, we rebook or provide a suitable remedy.

4) Duplicates, Errors & Exceptional Cases

  • Duplicates: Email order IDs and we verify and reverse duplicate charges.
  • Listing errors: Orders affected by obvious pricing or listing mistakes may be cancelled and refunded.
  • Fraud/abuse: Transactions suspected of fraud or abuse may be refused or reversed; access may be blocked.

5) Chargebacks

Most issues resolve quickly via support. Starting a chargeback without first contacting us can result in license revocation, blocked access, and account closure. We provide delivery evidence (timestamps, IP logs, access logs) to processors when required.

6) How to Request Help

Email support@novamastersconsulting.com with:

  • Your name and purchase email
  • Order ID / receipt
  • Short description (e.g., “download link expired”, “duplicate purchase”)
  • Device/OS and reader app if it’s a file issue

Typical response window: 24–48 hours on business days.

7) Payment Processors

We use trusted processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Approved adjustments (e.g., duplicate reversals) are returned to the original payment method where possible.

8) Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
