Consultation Policy

Effective Date: September 28, 2025

At Nova Masters Consulting, we deliver clarity and value through structured consultation. Please review the following terms before booking a session with Master Kai.

1. Booking & Payment

All consultations must be prepaid in full. Confirmation is sent upon payment.

2. Session Duration

Sessions are limited to the booked time (e.g., 60 or 90 minutes). Overtime is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

3. Rescheduling

Requests must be made ≥24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are forfeited. Excessive rescheduling may limit future bookings.

4. Finality

Once a session concludes, insights are considered final. Follow-up questions may require a new booking.

5. Disclaimer

Consultations provide personal insight and strategic reflection. They are not legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions remain the client’s responsibility.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are private. Personal details are never shared with third parties without consent.

7. Recording

Recording sessions is prohibited unless prior written consent is granted.

8. Client Responsibility

Accurate birth details and context must be provided. Analysis is based on submitted data; inaccuracies may affect outcomes.
