• Please confirm your order before checkout. Duplicate purchases are your responsibility and may not be eligible for reversal unless verified by support.

5. Technical Issues

If you encounter difficulties downloading or opening your purchase, contact support@novamastersconsulting.com within 7 days. Please include your order ID, device/OS, and reader app details. Our team will work with you to restore access or provide a working file.
