Digital Products Policy
This policy explains delivery, access, licensing, technical support, and purchase conditions for eBooks, PDFs, and other digital products.
Nature of digital products
eBooks, PDFs, templates, reports, and other downloadable items are digital goods. No physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Purchase and payment
Payments may be processed by providers such as Stripe or PayPal under their respective terms. Review product details and order information before checkout.
Once access or download has been granted, purchases are generally final, subject to the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Access and download
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or order confirmation, download links remain available for 30 days from purchase. Access after expiry is not guaranteed.
Download the product promptly and keep a secure backup. Do not rely on a temporary link as permanent storage.
Licence and permitted use
Each purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use unless the product expressly includes different licence terms.
Redistribution, resale, public posting, unauthorised reproduction, file sharing, or commercial exploitation is prohibited. Technical safeguards may be used to protect content and investigate misuse.
Technical issues
If a file will not download, is corrupted, is incomplete, or cannot be opened, contact support within 7 days where possible. Include the order ID, purchase email, device and operating system, reader application, and a short description of the issue.
Where the issue relates to delivery or the supplied file, reasonable efforts will be made to restore access or provide a working replacement.
Compatibility and user responsibility
You are responsible for having a compatible device, software, internet connection, and sufficient storage unless particular requirements were misstated on the product page. Back up downloaded files and protect them from unauthorised access.
