The “Ask Master Kai – One Question Forecast” is a digital consultation provided by Nova Masters Consulting. Each purchase entitles the buyer to one written response from Master Kai based on the submitted question. BaZi analysis is used if valid birth data are provided; otherwise, Qi Men Dun Jia is applied.

2. Scope of One Question

• “One question” means one clear topic or issue.
• Multiple or unrelated questions count as separate orders.
• If clarification is needed, Master Kai may contact you once before analysis begins.

3. Delivery & Turnaround Time

Forecasts are usually delivered within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary due to volume or external factors. All responses are sent via email to the address used at checkout.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All sales are final once the consultation process begins.
• Refunds are only granted for duplicate payments or verified technical errors.
• If incomplete information is provided and no clarification is received within 48 hours, the order will be marked complete without refund.

5. Ethical & Discretion Policy

• Questions involving illegal activity, explicit material, or medical diagnosis will be declined.
• All client data are treated with confidentiality and never sold or disclosed.

6. Limitation of Liability
