Sky Happiness. An opening for connection and celebration.
Sky Happiness (天喜), or Tian Xi, is a Year-Branch-derived marker associated with joyful developments, celebrations, good news and socially recognised milestones.
A joyful signal is a favourable climate—not a guaranteed event.
Tian Xi is traditionally read around celebrations, good news, relationship milestones, family occasions and other joyful social developments. In contemporary practice it may also correspond with a period in which favourable news, supportive social response or a meaningful milestone becomes more visible.
The marker describes climate and opportunity. Whether anything develops depends on real people, mutual interest, consent, conduct, life circumstances and the wider BaZi structure.
This page uses the natal Year Branch as the anchor. Find that Branch, derive the corresponding target Branch, then locate it in the natal chart or a clearly named timing layer.
Each target sits opposite the corresponding Red Matchmaker Branch.
Read the natal Year Branch in the first column and locate its Sky Happiness Branch in the second. Under this convention, Tian Xi is the six-branch opposition of Hong Luan.

From Year Branch to celebratory context
Good news can be welcomed without turning it into certainty.
No marriage guarantee
Tian Xi does not guarantee engagement, marriage or a fixed deadline.
No compatibility verdict
A joyful opening does not establish long-term relational fit.
No consent inference
Attraction and timing never override another person’s choice or boundaries.
No childbirth assumption
The marker does not establish pregnancy, fertility or the arrival of a child.
No single-star reading
Read the Day Branch, interactions, Ten Gods and overall chart first.
No forced event
Do not manufacture an event merely because a timing layer activates the Branch.
Read Sky Happiness as a favourable signal: notice the celebratory climate, then verify the event through evidence and context.

Does Sky Happiness guarantee marriage?
No. It may coincide with introductions, courtship or celebration, but it does not guarantee a partner or outcome.
Which Branch is used as the key?
This page uses the natal Year Branch as the declared anchor and returns one target Earthly Branch.
Is Sky Happiness the same as Peach Blossom?
No. Peach Blossom concerns attraction and visibility and uses a different calculation.
What if the target Branch is absent?
The natal presence test is not met under this convention. The Branch may still arrive temporarily in a declared timing layer.
Can it describe non-romantic celebrations?
Yes. Depending on context, it may also accompany joyful announcements, family occasions and socially recognised milestones.
