升：元亨，用見大人，勿恤，南征吉。
Pushing Upward brings great success. It is useful to see the great person. Do not worry. Advancing south brings good fortune.
The yielding rises with time
柔以時升，巽而順，剛中而應，是以大亨。
The yielding rises according to the time. Flexibility joins receptivity; the firm centre receives response, therefore there is great success.
Accumulate the small
地中生木，升；君子以順德，積小以高大。
